Overview

A leading Spanish NGO managing elderly care across multiple centers partnered with Innogenio to digitize and streamline its operations. Previously reliant on spreadsheets, the NGO struggled with fragmented workflows and limited visibility. Through a custom Frappe-based solution, we automated user roles, centralized expenses, and simplified financial management -resulting in faster operations, greater transparency, and empowered staff.

The Problems We Solved
